We don't have a physical store at the moment but keep an eye out on our social media for any pop up stores we will be doing!

2. Can I return my order?

All candles must be unopened & unused in original packaging: Returns are accepted within 14 days.

3. Are your products cruelty free?

Yes! All our candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We want to be suitable for everyone to enjoy.

4. Do you take custom orders and wholesale?

Feel free to drop us an email at support@sizzlewick.com for custom orders and we will be happy to help where possible. For wholesale orders we are open to accepting orders from retailers that align with our brand ethics.

For best results, on the first burn, ensure the wax melts to the edge of the jar. This is the best way to avoid tunnelling!

We recommend burning for a maximum of 4 hours each time you enjoy your candle. Follow the 2-foot rule, don't place a burning candle within 2 feet of flammable objects.

Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets.
